Shipping Policy

Where do we ship?

Currently, Moth and Flame Candle Company ships within Canada only. The amount of the shipping is stated on the "Checkout" page prior to payment confirmation. Shipping costs are at the discretion of Moth and Flame Candle Company, however, we try to keep these costs as low as possible.

We also offer lower rate options such as local delivery in Ottawa West and local pickup free of charge.

When should I expect my order?

At Moth and Flame Candle Company, we strive to provide great customer service and satisfaction every step of the way. We hand pour and create all products by hand, so please kindly expect orders to take up to ten business days for delivery.

What if you do not receive your order?

Please kindly allow up to 10 business days from time of purchase for delivery of your items. If this time has passed and you still have not received your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly to address this issue.

When emailing us about an order issue, please write "ORDER NOT RECEIVED" in the subject line as well as the order number. This ensures a fast, accurate response.

Please allow 1-2 business days for a response for us to look into the issue. We will always contact you directly through email or phone for these issues.

In the event that we cannot resolve delivery issues, or ship replacement items, we will work with you to come to a resolution that you are satisfied with.
